Returns & Exchanges

At Ellery and Moss, we understand that finding the perfect outfit is essential. We invite you to try out your new pieces in the comfort of your home, allowing you to truly get a feel for their fit and style. We're here to support you in achieving that ideal look, which is why we gladly accept both exchanges and returns.

We offer exchange or in store credit for full priced items purchased in store and returned within 7 days for purchases made in store. Proof of purchase is required and all items must be in original condition, unworn with original tags and labels intact. Due to styles selling out quickly we do not offer exchanges on any online purchases.

We do not offer refunds, so please choose carefully.

Faulty Items

Faulty items are refunded or exchanged upon approval from the manufacturer and where possible, a replacement will be sent pending approval from the manufacturer. Ellery and Moss is not liable for faulty stitching, zippers, fabric or incorrectly labelled or sized items and requests to investigate such is sent via the manufacturer. Allow a minimum of two weeks for this claim to be processed. Ellery and Moss will cover the shipping costs for items purchased online that are deemed faulty.

Sale Items

All reduced items in any sale or promotion are final sale and no exchanges, credit notes or refunds will be offered.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Gift cards will have an expiry date of three years from date of purchase.

Non refundable items

There are no refunds or exchanges on swimwear, earrings, eyewear, items on sale, or gift cards.

Returns process

Our returns policy is strictly within 7 days after delivery by first requesting a Returns Authorisation Number. Please email returns@elleryandmoss.com.au within 24-48 hours of your order being delivered.

After receiving your returns authorisation number, post the items through Australia Post to the following address:

For full priced items, we will happily offer you a credit note which will not expire. We do not offer refunds. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item for store credit. All items sent back must be sent by a trackable source. Ellery and Moss will not be responsible for items lost in the post on return to us. Don't forget to send the tracking details to hello@elleryandmoss.com.au for added peace of mind.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. While we aim to process returns efficiently, we cannot guarantee the delivery of your returned item.
