For global orders shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Parcels are sent from our shop in Terrigal by Australia Post and generally take 1- 7 business days, depending on your location. Orders under $100 are subject to a $10 postage charge, and any online orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping by regular Auspost service.

Express Post within Australia is also available for a flat rate of $15. Please select Express Post as the shipping option at the checkout.

Once your order is on its way to you, please contact Australia Post directly with any enquiries you may have regarding your delivery. Ellery & Moss is not responsible for delays in transit time once the item is in Australia Post's hands.

All domestic deliveries can be tracked or call Australia Post if you have further questions on 13 76 78. Delivery takes between 1-3 business days to Metropolitan areas and 5-8 business days to rural areas.

 

Item Availability

During busy periods online, occasionally an item may be sold out at time of purchase. If you purchase an item that is sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund. Please allow up to three business days for funds to appear in your account if receiving a refund.
