Shipping policy

Australia wide shipping, our rates are available at checkout.

Parcels are sent from our shop in Terrigal by Australia Post and generally take up to 7  business days, depending on your location. Free standard shipping by regular Auspost service, Australia wide.

Express Post within Australia is also available for a flat rate of $14.95. Please select Express Post as the shipping option at the checkout. 

Once your order is on its way to you, please contact Australia Post directly with any enquiries you may have regarding your delivery. Ellery & Moss is not responsible for delays in transit time once the item is in Australia Post's hands.
